Do you take the garden waste away?
Yes. Grass cuttings, leaves, prunings and general garden rubbish are cleared and removed as part of the visit, so there is nothing left for you to deal with.
Can you do a one-off tidy before we sell or let a property?
Yes. A single visit to cut the lawn, tidy the borders, clear waste and clean up the paving can make a big difference to first impressions for buyers or tenants.
How often should a lawn be cut?
Roughly weekly while the grass is growing fast in late spring and summer, and less often in early spring and autumn. A good rule is never to take off more than about a third of the grass height in one cut.
Could you also clean our patio and drive on the same visit?
Yes. Moss, weeds and grime on paving can be dealt with during the same visit, with the joints re-sanded afterwards.
